How do I apply for an apartment?

You can stop in and fill out an application or we can fax, mail or email and application to you.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a $25 application fee.

Do I need to bring anything with me to fill out an application?

Yes, 4 – 6 consecutive pay-stubs. Drivers license, and security cards for every adult 18 years of age and older.

Is there a background check?

Yes, we check for criminal, evictions, sex offenders, FBI most wanted and talk with previous landlords.

What utilities are included?

1 & 2 bedroom apartments – electric, sewage, and garbage

3 & 4 bedroom townhomes – sewage, and garbage

What utilities do I have to pay?

1 & 2 bedroom apartments – gas, cable, phone and internet

3 & 4 bedroom townhomes – electric, cable, phone and internet

There is a fee for water based on the number of bedrooms.

1 bedroom is $25 water fee per month
2 bedroom is $35 water fee per month
3 bedroom is $45 water fee per month
4 bedroom is $50 water fee per month

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, equals your first month’s rent.

Is a last month’s rent deposit required?

No

How long is your lease term?

Lease term is for one year. After that it is month to month.

When is rent due?

Rent is due the first day of every month.

Is there a late charge?

Yes, on the 5th day of the month, there is a $50 and a $5 a day after until rent is paid in full.

Is there parking?

Yes, plenty of parking.

Are you close to the bus line?

The closest bus stop is about a mile away.
