Colonial Oaks Apartments is located in beautiful and quaint White Township between Chippewa, PA and Beaver Falls, PA. Within a short walk or drive, there are parks, museums, universities, restaurants, and more. Many people are pleasantly surprised by the conveniences, but most of our tenants will tell you it’s the community they have found here that makes it home.

Every year the Colonial Oaks community puts on a Halloween Party, a Holiday Party, and does an annual yard sale together. There are many opportunities to get to know the family next door, if you choose to.
