Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a $35 application fee per person over the age of 18.

Do I need to bring anything with me to fill out an application?

Yes – a valid driver’s license for every adult 18 years of age and older, and $35 for the application fee (cash or check).

Is there a background check?

Yes, we check criminal history, evictions, sex offences, FBI most wanted, and talk with previous landlords.

What utilities are included?

1 & 2 bedroom apartments – electric, sewage, and garbage

3 & 4 bedroom townhomes – sewage, and garbage

What utilities do I have to pay?

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, equals your first month’s rent.

Is a last month’s rent deposit required?

No.

How long is your lease term?

Lease term is for one year. After that it is month to month.

When is rent due?

Rent is due the first day of every month.

Is there a late charge?

Yes, on the 5th day of the month there is a $50 late charge, and an additional $5 charge every day rent is not paid in full.

Is there parking?

Yes, plenty of parking.
